		<description>if you&#039;re not going to pay what you owe, they all suck but really what sucks is your decision to go into debt.&lt;br&gt;if you&#039;re going to pay off your balance every month then debit cards suck, amex  usually sucks and only creditcards that get you rebates or swag are worth using.  comparing how bad each method of going into debt is is like comparing knives for cutting off your hands.</description>

This is how it should be but debit card companies are quite happy to let you exceed your limit and charge you $20 (that you don&#039;t have) per use after that. My sister-in-law&#039;s husband spent them down too far and she continued to use the debit card for all purchases. A tank of gas and a soda cost them an extra $40 that the bank was more happy to take rather than to have a system forbidding them from spending money they don&#039;t have.</description>
